Office Manager

The Offices Manager is accountable for the operational aspects of the business. The role will be varied, encompassing general management of the serviced offices, customer service, reception, processing accounts, administration and new business development.
This role provides a level of flexibilty with regards to days worked with the minimum requirement of at least three days.
Other key expectations are:
- Reliable with excellent people skills,
- High level written and verbal communication skills,
- Supervision of a receptionist
- Provide professional reception, secretarial and customer service required to support to the serviced offices tenants and visitors
- Ensure the facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- Monthly invoicing
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Debtor management
- Liaise with our IT contractor to manage any internet or computer issues
- Conduct potential tenant tours and manage negotiations
- **POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Enthusiastic, supportive and helpful attitude
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.75 - 31.25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
