We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project details, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design management and services coordination
- Client coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Tendering and procurement of trades
- Cost Management and monthly financial reporting
- Site Establishment and planning
- Quality Control
- Construction coordination and management
