We have an incredible opportunity for an energetic marketer to join our award-winning team as a Marketing Executive. Working across _**thl**_’s New Zealand and Australia brands via point-in-time campaigns, marketing partnerships, and community communications.

**This role can be hired to work in Brisbane, Melbourne or Auckland.**

**About you**
- You’re someone that enjoys travel and can see themselves becoming passionate about travel products.
- To succeed in this role, strong project management skills are critical along with your ability to organise and prioritise work daily. Your top-notch communication and relationship management skills will see you confidently work cross functionally. We want a true self starter, with high energy levels and someone who thrives with tight timelines and workloads.
- You will need to be a solid marketing all-rounder with digital confidence and skills, (ideally) a relevant degree and a few years of experience under your belt.
- You’ll have experience creating a range of marketing collateral and be confident with working with creatives to deliver compelling content that engages our audiences.
- Writing and communications are a big part of this role, so we’ll need your skills in managing audience appropriate connections and information.
- You will be an admin and organisational ninja who has never met a system you can’t improve.
- Teamwork will always be your first thought and working with others must make you happier than a seagull with a hot chip.
- You have a healthy obsession for creative marketing and fresh ideas.
- You are a resident or citizen of New Zealand or Australia, or hold an appropriate visa that enables you to live and work in New Zealand.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Support & learn from a wider Marketing Team across key initiatives, campaigns and projects.
- Develop and create compelling campaigns that light up our engagement channels. Celebrate unforgettable journeys delivered by our brands and products across the globe.
- Write, edit and publish content on our website such as maintaining roadtrip itineraries and product point-of-truth pages.
- Support with managing delivery of visual content on _**thl’**_s website and partner websites.
- Develop compelling briefs that unlock creation of product and brand marketing collateral with in-house and agency creative teams.
- Work with earned media partners and influencers on collabs that drive brand reach and engagement.
- Be the voice of our brand across our search engine optimization content strategy that’s being delivered by our digital agency.
- Learn and utilise analytics and performance marketing platforms to measure activity and make it better next time

**Role Requirements**
- We’re a small (but nimble), close knit team and the role will both support and rely on others to collectively meet our goals and needs via an agile delivery framework. Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
- Fluency in marketing and communications principals (a relevant degree is desirable, but not essential). Ideally you’ll have a few years marketing experience under your belt with a similar organization.
- A can-do attitude that wants to work-hard and learn new skills that will set them up for a long and successful marketing career.
- Fantastic copywriting skills that build compelling communications outcomes that make people feel and do something; creating unforgettable journeys along the way.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and G-Suite
- Experience with CRM and CMS systems would be ideal.
