**Your Role**

This role is integral to the Service Team and their ongoing growth. With an ever-increasing demand in the market for the ‘van-life’ lifestyle, you’ll never have a boring day
As a Service Advisor with this terrific team, your role is to be the administrative ‘glue’ and provide:

- An exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, taking scope of their service requirements and regularly updating customers on repairs required and quoted costs;
- Processing workshop repair orders and managing the invoicing/payment process with customers;
- Coordination of warranty repairs and lodging warranty claims;
- Ordering and following up of spare parts and coordinating logistics and timeframes;
- Providing aftersales support;
- Other ad-hoc support as required to ensure smooth execution of works between the workshop, spare parts providers and sales teams.

This role is based in the inner Northern Suburbs with free street parking and uniforms.
**About You**

You will bring previous automotive service experience either as a technician or in a service administration capacity. Experience in the RV industry specifically will be highly regarded.
You must demonstrate an understanding of the automotive service and repair environment, coupled with an administrative ability and a strong customer-centric approach.
A driver’s license is essential and you will be provided with a fun and friendly working environment, uniforms and free street parking around the premises.
