**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL has an exciting new opportunity for an energetic and bright customer-service focused Trainee Receptionist working onsite for one of our Government clients

In addition to the skills learnt as a reception person the trainee will be put through a Certificate III in Business. The Certificate III in Business has been developed and tailored for people commencing as Administration assistants or are looking to build on their emerging Administration skills. This course will provide participants with the foundational skills required to work in an administrative support role with limited supervision. The Certificate III in Business is course will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to work effectively as an administration team.

You will be responsible for forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with visitors and clients through the delivery of a superior and engaging workplace experience.

Key responsibilities;
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations.
Ensure that reception areas, including desk and seating areas are tidy and presentable.
Meet and greet clients promptly and contact appropriate staff member via phone to advise of guest’s arrival.
Manage visitor management system, calendar and switchboard directory
Issue visitor passes including entering into the system when required and handling any relevant paperwork
Recording of all mail
Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
Ensure any faults or defects are noted and reported to facilities team to ensure an outstanding client experience is maintained
Provide assistance to the greater reception/conference services team as required

To be successful, you will have exceptional customer service skills and sound IT skills.This is a perfect role for someone coming from hospitality, retail, event management or who is already within the real estate industry.

You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build good relationships with stakeholders of all levels. Negative Vetting 1 would be preferred. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a corporate environment and sharpen your professional skills
