The **Sales Support Coordinator** manages the administrative duties for the **7QLD** **Regional Sales** team on a part-time basis, working 30.4 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Based in **Maroochydore **and reporting to the** Queensland Regional Sales Manager**, you’ll be responsible for:

- Working within a team providing administration support to the National Regional Sales Director, Regional State Sales Managers and teams.
- Preparation of regular sales reports & KPI tracking using Excel and various systems.
- Support and assist with the planning and delivery of hospitality and events.
- Coordinate travel for the sales team members.
- Day to day client set up in the media booking system.
- Preparation of sales and audience analysis from various systems.
- Creating presentations for clients, sales or staff meetings.
- Process purchase orders and reconcile expenses.
- Assist with system support for sales; advising best practice and support training needs.
- Assist with the orientation of new team members.
- Performing and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner with the highest accuracy.

- A proven ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating persistence and patience on a daily basis.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- A high level of organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently to set priorities and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
