**About the Role**

Working as part of the Parking Permits Administration Team and alongside the Customer Experience Team, we are striving to deliver our vision of becoming an industry-leading organisation providing outstanding customer experience and community outcomes.

**Duties**
- Assess, process and manage the end-to-end procedure for processing residential parking permits
- Manage the Accessible Parking Permit (APP) portal with VicRoads and be responsible for the end-to-end process
- Accurately and efficiently resolve enquiries, requests, complaints and issues
- Support ongoing operational requirements including administration tasks in relation to permits and other general administrative tasks such as maintaining stock levels

**Skills and Experience**
- Advanced skills in customer service delivery with the ability to solve most customer requests, complaints, issues and cases.
- Proven ability to learn new procedures and utilise the skills necessary to retain important information.
- Basic understanding of the operations of Local Government.
