**Commercial Finance Analyst - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Analyst based in Sydney to make a real impact in our Agent Solutions portfolio.**Who are you?**
- You are a Finance Analyst with strong commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing, sales-driven environment.- Reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner who looks after Agent Solutions portfolio, you will provide 'real time' support and analysis to the Finance Business Partner, be a trusted advisor and provide value-adding input to improve decision-making and business outcomes.- Your key focus for the first 6 months will be working closely with your portfolio business unit in creating a robust, constructive and proactive partnership with both operations and management.***

**You will have**:

- Some commercial financial analysis experience (budgeting, forecasting, cost management, revenue management) and a demonstrated understanding of the factors that drives sales growth
- Demonstrated business analyst experience, including influencing decision-making and enabling leaders through strategic financial advice
- Strong financial modelling skills and business case preparation
- Ability to utilise advanced data visualisation tools to convey insights and build detailed financial analysis
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multi-functional teams
- Ability to communicate complex information to a non-finance audience, in written and oral formats
- A CA or CPA qualification (or nearly qualified) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau
- Trained in big 4 or mid tier accounting firm with some commercial financial experience in a complex organization
