- What you’ll do:

- As a Project Coordinator with Aggreko you will focus on the delivery stage of projects, supporting our Project Manager and Project Leads to ensure compliance, provide support to our technicians on site and ensure health and safety best practices.

- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Attending project kick off meetings, taking minutes and following up actions
- Liaising with finance on cost centres, ensuring all details are in place for project delivery
- Supply chain setup
- Coordinating medicals, first aid and manual handling training for the project team
- Booking flights and accommodation and liaising with client mobilisation teams on site
- Providing coordination between Project Engineers and the broader Aggreko team
- Ensuring parts, consumables, cranes and other equipment are arranged and delivered to site
- Monthly project reporting
- Budget tracking, cost tracking against budget
- Invoicing and purchase order management
- Coordinating Quality Management Plans
- Coordinating materials to site
- You’ll have the following skills and experience:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in project coordination / administration or supply chain
- Ability to multitask and deliver on multiple priorities
- Experience in a busy technical/ industrial office
- Ability to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with people at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Applications software and exposure to Movex or SAP)
- Experience with Financial Reporting / Forecasting
- Experience in coordinating transport/ logistics
- Highly confident and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously but is also a great team player.
- High attention to detail
- Customer Focus - understands the importance of customer needs both internal and external
