**About the role**:
Due to an increased growth and demand in Sydney metro, we are seeking qualified and experienced trainers ($50-$55/hour), utilising the Post Secondary Education Award, to deliver and assess the following qualifications:

- Certificate II in Parks and Gardens

The ability to deliver high quality, compliant and engaging sessions is vital, while ensuring appropriate assessment systems are in place that allow each person to attain relevant qualifications.

We offer permanent ongoing positions with flexibility, ongoing learning and development. You’ll be joining a supportive and hard-working team.

Training will occur at each client’s work location around Sydney metro. The ability to travel around Sydney metro is crucial.

**About you**:
As someone who is passionate about their own learning and development, you love helping others learn and giving back to the community.

You are a clear communicator with experience working or interacting with people from disadvantaged backgrounds with low levels of education and learning.

You also don’t mind driving around Sydney metro to ensure our courses are delivered when and where they’re required.

**About your qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment -TAE40116 (including the TAESS00009 unit for Foundation Skills)
- Qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery of training (Cert II Horticulture welcome)
- Extensive industry experience as an arborist or, landscaper, horticulturalist, town planner, plant nursery technician or gardener
- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training
- Ability to engage all learner types and levels
- Ability to work unsupervised and good time management skills
- Ability to captivate, retain, and provide engaging training including Virtual Delivery
- Ability to build supportive relationships with students
- Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite
- Current Driving Licence
- National Police Check
