In this role you will be responsible to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

**Client Details**

Our client is a local council located north of the river and seeking a highly dedicated & motivated customer care representative to join their team.

**Description**
- Provide administrative support services to whole of depot to ensure efficient operations at all times.
- Provide quality internal and external customer service.
- Monitor CRM requests to ensure that they are allocated, actioned and completed.
- Receive, issue and follow up incoming correspondence and prepare draft responses.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of Process Maps that document key business support functions.
- Assist in the management, issue, ordering and deliveries of stock items.
- Develop and contribute to improvement of administrative processes via establishing or updating procedures.
- Provide support for raising purchase orders and goods receipting processes.
- Administer end to end petty cash process.
- Undertake and assist in the drafting and distribution of correspondence.
- Assist with document registration and record keeping requirements for whole of depot.
- Contribute positively to the team culture of excellence in customer service.

**Profile**
- Experience within a business services context.
- Developed administration experience including proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Developed business writing skills to draft responses to customer requests.
- Organisational skills to be able to prioritise tasks and flex to meet changing demands.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to exercise initiative and good judgement.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information and express thoughts and facts in a professional manner and displays an openness to other people's ideas and thoughts through effective listening.

**Job Offer**
- 7.6hrs per day
- four days per week with Monday and Friday are mandatory work days.
- Start time 8am
- finish time approx. 4.10pm
- Parking on site
