What You Will BringAs the Head of Customer Care Operations at MECCA, your primary responsibilities are focused on optimizing the day-to-day operations of our customer care team and fostering a culture of high performance.
You'll lead efforts to deliver consistent and exceptional customer experiences across various service delivery channels, leveraging insights and feedback to continually enhance satisfaction levels.
