**About the role**

In this role, you will deliver technical services for bricks and mortar assets to deliver meaningful experiences that drive community engagement, civic pride, economic growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role will coordinate and deliver building and property related services that meet the requirements of City of Parramatta’s community and business activities needs.

**About You**

We are looking for a Facilities Officer with more than 5 years’ experience in providing building services and a proven track record of achieving objectives. You should have demonstrated experience in working with contractors to achieve service outcomes and the ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams to deliver services of a high standard that meet financial and other business performance criteria.

Additionally, you should have experience in delivering projects while being able to work with multiple stakeholders in complex organizations across multiple locations.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in building construction, a relevant trade or a related discipline or a significant amount of comparable industry experience. Local Government experience is desired (but not essential)

**What’s on offer**

We are offering an attractive salary from $82,408 to $90,775 plus 11% superannuation.

This role will balance out-of-hours work requirements and daily work priorities within Council’s flexible workplace policies.

Participation in Council’s Motor Vehicle Scheme will be discussed with the successful applicant.
