We are currently seeking people to join us in the position of **Service Advisor **in one of our dealerships based in **Blacktown**, employed on a **Full-Time **basis.

**Availability**:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

**Snapshot of your day**:

- Scheduling & organising service work schedules.
- Handle customer’s service related queries
- Assisting with Customer invoicing & Purchase orders if required
- Assist to develop technical competences of apprentices & technicians
- Assist / collate payroll data (where applicable)
- Assist with workshop account reconciliation (where applicable)
- General administration assistance for Service Manager and team

**What you must possess**:

- Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical/mechanical knowledge
- Heavy Duty Vehicle driver’s license
