**Your new role**:
This **contract, full-time role based in Auburn **will implement the objectives of the Economic Pathways to Refugee Integration Program (EPRI) by providing skills development, training, work placements and job opportunities to refugees and humanitarian entrants in South West Sydney. Your role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders including Vinnies Retail and Logistics teams, TAFE, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), ethno-specific communities and Migrant Resource Centres to improve employment prospects to recently arrived humanitarian entrants.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Promote and market the objectives of the EPRI program by networking with TAFE, training organisations and ethno-specific communities.
- Manage the delivery of the program, focusing on generating positive outcomes for refugees and humanitarian entrants in South West Sydney.
- To enrol and engage with participants to take part in the EPRI program.
- Integrate ESL courses to be part of the work preparedness strategy.
- Support key stakeholders by coordinating various activities related to skills development and employment.
- Mentor participants to develop work preparedness i.e. job seeking skills including resume writing, interview techniques.
- Record/collect and analyse data and report on outcomes of the program by utilising the Data Exchange System.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or experience in program management, community development or equivalent/associated discipline related to the role.
- Understanding of the barriers and experiences of Refugee and Humanitarian entrants.
- Knowledge of the employment training sector and transition pathways.
- Ability to plan and facilitate individual programs assisting participants to achieve goals in line with the EPRI program objectives.
- Proven ability to review and analyse data and analytics for effective reporting and decision-making.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed knowledge and skills in using MS Office Suite.
