About the role

Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing remote and on-site clinical and technical support for BIOTRONIK CRM products and driving customer satisfaction through service.

Day to day, the role involves:

- Providing technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
- Assisting with implantations and performing patient follow-ups.
- Supports the Clinical Studies Department in the field.
- Coordinating sales activities to support key customers with customer training and education events.
- Supports BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies.

Skills and experience

The desirable qualification and experience we look for include:

- University / bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering or related field or nursing degree with qualifications as a cardiac physiologist, CCU Nurse or Emergency Nurse
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
- Demonstrated ability of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
- Good IT skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required), word-processing, spreadsheets, Powerpoint etc., to develop presentation materials.
- Relevant experience in the cardiac pacing industry; experience with implantation and follow-up of pacemakers, defibrillatorsand Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy devices
- NASPE, IBHRE, BPEG or HRS accreditation

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: On the road
