**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with users, developers, and other team members to design new product features
- Supporting the Testing team and working with infrastructure team to deploy new versions using.NET
- Working with Desktop Support and other team members to investigate and resolve.NET Application issues

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**
- 4+ years experience in an Application Support Analyst
- Experience scripting and querying using SQL
- Familiarity with common ISO quality and safety management standards
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management principles
- Familiarity with ITIL ITSM models and processes
