**What you’ll do
**This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an exciting project, supporting the development and deployment of our new enterprise workforce management solution. Building new labour standards to support right team right time right task
- Develop and support the delivery of labour standards across defined areas of accountability within the productivity model.
- Ensure that departmental labour standards are optimised through end to end rostering solutions, leveraging systems data to manage wage costs.
- Fully understand the operational cost base throughout the annual financial cycle, validating and overlaying change to ensure that each rebase of standards reconciles in both hours and wages terms.
- Understand all proposed and developing process changes, providing an early productivity impact assessment that supports effective project prioritisation.
- Develop project phases with clear delivery plans in consultation with your line manager. Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, educating on the labour standards model and project life cycles that deliver a seamless change experience for customer and team.
**What you’ll bring
- Experience in Project Management, productivity or analysis roles
- Experience in working with end to end workforce management/productivity system solution
- A technical and analytically focused mindset
- An interest in productivity and developing further knowledge in a specialist area
- Strong communication, influencing and engagement skills for interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
- Tertiary education qualification in mathematics, statistics, business or equivalent experience
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel
- Flexibility to travel interstate and within state as required. Advantageous to have Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Kronos, Google cloud Platform or Tableau experience
