**The Role**
- Scheduling and management of dairies
- Overall support of the sales process
- Preparation of appraisals
- Designing and executing agent marketing campaigns
- Campaign management
- Managing the database
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers
- Managing social media accounts
- High level of administration support.
- Coordinating external work (photography, etc)
- 2 years+ real estate experience
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge and understanding of the sales process
- Current driver's license
