**The role and what we are looking for**
As a Change Specialist you will be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing, change plans that drive intended business outcomes through sustained change adoption. You will provide expert advice to business stakeholders on change management and communication solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Influence stakeholders across the breadth of the organisational structure to achieve improved change outcomes across the enterprise
- Lead assigned changes end to end using the change management framework, and change management techniques
- Manage a portfolio of change including strategic projects, transformational projects, operational projects, business lead initiatives, technology changes and Change Management Practice business plan initiatives
- Conduct impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and assess current state to inform change planning and to maximise ability to demonstrate positive post change impact
- Work closely with Learning & Development and Marketing & Digital Teams to ensure alignment of change activities to capability, training, and external messaging efforts
- Provide regular progress updates to identified stakeholders on changes in progress
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of internal communications
- Be a positive change ambassador in the business
- Work with the Change and Communication team to continuously improve team processes, quality, branding and capability
- Provide back-up support to the team for changes, technical deployments and internal communications activities as required.
- Identify, assess, communicate and plan to remediate risks on all activities
- Execute risk mitigations, and where necessary escalate risks and concerns to the Head of Change & Communications for change initiatives
- Ensure all necessary records and documents are kept
**Experience**
- Experience leading a portfolio of varied changes
- Experience leading change management activities in a complex environment
- Experience working in a shared services environment desirable
- Experience in training, facilitation and presenting
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
**Qualifications**
- PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications highly valued
