The Finance Services Officer will be part of a collaborative, customer-focused team and will provide a professional and efficient level of service. The position is suited to a digitally savvy person who pays attention to detail, enjoys problem solving, responding to customer requests and positively contributes to a team culture. **As a Finance Services Officer you will**:

- Conduct day to day purchase processing for faculties and portfolios, including triaging of workflow, raising purchase orders, supplier invoice requests, and ad hoc payments to ensure achievement of operational objectives
- Consult with available sources to gather relevant information and seeking the expertise and advice of other people as appropriate
- Build productive relationships with a diverse range of existing stakeholders and actively seeking to maintain positive relationships***

**To be successful, you’ll have**:

- Certificate III in Business or a tertiary qualification in accounting or similar field; OR
- An equivalent combination of relevant skills, relevant work experience and/or education/training
- Demonstrated experience in working effectively as a member of a team and in working independently
- Knowledge of a finance service area e.g. Accounts payable, purchasing or
