**What you will be doing**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Allied Health Assistant to join the team at Nepean Hospital in a Permanent Part Time Position. The preferred applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment functional assessment. This role requires 4 hours each weekday 8:30-12:30.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

**Selection Criteria to be Addressed**:

- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or willingness to undertake training) with relevant extensive patient care experience in a hospital setting.
- Demonstrated patient manual handling skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to independently undertake tasks once delegated and operate with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities as delegated.
- Demonstrate computer literacy.
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
