**About the role**:
Join us in serving one of our prestigious corporate clients with excellence. As a Workplace Banquet Supervisor, you'll oversee our pantry and food programs, ensuring impeccable service and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

**In this role, you will be**:

- Supervising and coordinate the activities of banquet staff during events.
- Ensuring banquet rooms are set up according to client specifications and company standards.
- Greeting and assist guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitoring and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of events, including setup and breakdown.
- Training and mentor new staff members.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**To be successful in this role, you will require**:

- Proven experience as a Banquet Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.

Pay: $64,002.51 - $70,000.00 per year
