**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of contract managers, providing guidance and support to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee planning and scheduling of turf maintenance activities, by client specifications and seasonal requirements.
- Conduct site assessments to identify turf maintenance needs, develop work plans, and estimate resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide recommendations for enhancing the health and appearance of their turf areas.
- Manage the tools, equipment, and supplies inventory, ensuring availability and proper maintenance to support operational activities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contract managers and their teams, providing feedback and development opportunities to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Manage the commencement of new contracts, ensuring all operational plans, resource allocations, and client communications are in place for a smooth start.

**About You**:

- Certificate III Sport Turf Management.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Valid White Card.
- Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Driver's License.
