**Operations Specialist**
- The Operations Specialist is responsible for Data Entry, Reporting, Reception and Billing functions within the Customer Experience Team which supports Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) nationally. The role works closely with Engagement and Delivery to help manage the best possible customer outcome._
- The role requires an in depth understanding of Data Entry and Billing process and required solutions for different customer needs. It also includes general reception and reporting requirements to share with key stakeholders._

**In this role you can expect to**
**Key Accountabilities**
- Ownership and maintenance of several Operation/ engagement Inbox, actioning requests within specified timeframes
- Manage all ‘Second Skilling’ training requests and reporting back to key stakeholders
- Ensure information required is received in order to set up appointments and trigger billing within the relevant timeframes in a timely fashion
- Maintain data integrity of information in Orbit
- Manage referral queues in selected status’s and following process required to move them into engagement
- Work with Operations, Engagement and Delivery Leads to provide solutions for data entry and billing that work within the LHH framework but are in line with customer requirements
- Effectively manage program extensions and ensure key stakeholders are kept updated
- Managing reception calls
- Perform other job-related duties as required
- Comply with Quality, Health and Safety requirements.
- Comply with the Group’s policies and procedures laid out in various management systems.
