- Volkswagen Financial Services Australia is a leading provider of competitive finance and insurance products to over 1200 retailers across Australia representing automotive brands within the Volkswagen Group including: Audi, ŠKODA, Bentley, Porsche, Ducati and Lamborghini and outside the Volkswagen Group - Jaguar and Land Rover. What you'll do

What you'll bring
- Partner with hiring managers and senior specialists to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Build talent pipelines and ensure we have strong talent pools, through multiple recruitment channels and platforms
- Explore proactive sourcing strategies and provide advice on recruitment processes, market insights and talent initiatives
- Assisting with on boarding including establishing induction programs with management where required
- Build strong relationships with your stakeholder groups
- Providing timely support to hiring and resource managers
- Gain a working knowledge of our HR technology system to manage recruitment practices and ensure data is maintained and relevant
- Delivering projects and other related activities in line with the Human Resources plan specifically, Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives and continuing to drive our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) both internal and external
- Strong verbal and written communication to enable you to build relationships with ease
- A collaborative, outcome-oriented approach in working style
- Prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to operate with discretion and sound judgement
- Experience in recruiting specialist positions at volume with utilisation of proactive sourcing strategies
- 3 years' experience working in a commercial in-house or agency recruitment function
- Demonstrated and proven experience in a commercial recruitment environment, managing multiple recruitment briefs and delivering in a fast paced agile environment
