About the Role
As part of our People Culture and Training Team, this exciting new role will drive the following key activities:

  • Lead the recruitment selection function for the organisation ensuring the right people, competencies, and fit for our roles
  • Continue to identify and implement more efficient and effective talent acquisition methods, strategies and propose best practice recruitment initiatives to improve our processes
  • Build talent pools and undertake creative talent sourcing strategies when needed to meet tight project deadlines
  • Provide data and monthly reports to the Head of People Culture & Training

About You

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Proven record as a recruiter with (desirable) construction industry experience
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and the ability to listen
  • Experience with engagement techniques and social media tools
  • Team player with a growth mindset
