**The Role - Marketing Specialist**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a focus on expanding our presence in offshore markets, particularly Europe and South America. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing student value, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
**Develop Marketing Strategies**: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting offshore markets, aligned with the College's objectives and brand identity. This includes conducting market research, identifying key trends and opportunities, and developing actionable plans to drive student enrollment and engagement.

**Execute Marketing Campaigns**:Lead the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, leveraging digital and traditional media platforms. This involves creating compelling content, managing advertising budgets, and monitoring campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
**International Student Engagement**:Cultivate relationships with prospective and current international students, agents, and partners to drive student recruitment and retention efforts. This includes providing personalized support throughout the enrollment process, organizing recruitment events, and implementing targeted communication strategies to foster engagement and satisfaction.

**Brand Development**: Identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation in offshore markets. This includes conducting brand audits, analysing competitor strategies, and developing innovative branding initiatives to strengthen the College's position and appeal to international audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand-building activities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

**Stakeholder Relationships & Partnership Development**: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with educational agents, institutions, and organizations to expand the College's reach and recruitment network. This includes prospecting potential partners, negotiating partnership agreements, and collaborating on joint marketing initiatives to amplify the College's visibility and recruitment efforts.

**Market Analysis and Reporting**: Conduct market analysis and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform strategic decision-making. This involves analysing student enrolment trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Additionally, prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international business, or related field.
- 2 Years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on international education preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent creative thinking and strategy skills.
- Extensive experience in social media management, web content creation, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in CRM and CMS tools, Canva, Photoshop, Monday, SharePoint, and Campaign Monitor (or equivalent).
- A reliable and consistent work ethic, with a passion for working in the vocational education space.

**How to apply**:
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
