**The Role**

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Procurement professional to lead and manage a team of specialists. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with the global team to develop and execute on our client's procurement category management plan.

Reporting to the Global Procurement Manager, the day-to-day involves:

- Developing and managing supplier contracts to ensure service levels and costs meet company and customer requirements
- Ensuring Procurement projects align with our client's strategy
- Ensuring the Procurement function's activities are on time and within budget
- Controlling budget of all incoming materials and utilities
- Facilitating all relevant operations to accord with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and the effective management of all inspections and audits

- End to end procurement in a leadership role
- Direct and indirect procurement, including; procurement strategy, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, contract implementation and compliance management
- Negotiating, influencing and making tough decisions
