**About the role**
As part of the Climate and Infrustructure team, you will support the delivery of its key objective to cut councils carbon footprint and meet its target of net zero corporate emissions by 2025.

With high quality customer service, contract management assistance and administration support, the role will assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, brochure and other documentation on circular economy, waste minimisation and recycling.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing and processing of contractor invoices
- Investigating customer requests and allocating to the responsible officer
- Liaising with residents and contractors regarding issues and complaints
- Maintenance of records relating to waste statistics

**About you**
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can communicate and develop effective relationships with our diverse stakeholders. Throughout your past experiences, you have also demonstrated excellent time management and organisational skills.

You are passionate about sustainability and transitioning to a circular economy. Ideally, have business administration, project management and contract management experience. Be motivated and passionate about promoting Circular Economy initiatives and sustainable practices to a wide range of stakeholders while continuing to provide a high level of support and customer service for daily operational tasks.

You will also have:

- Tertiary qualifications in sustainability, environmental or waste management, business management or a related field
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
