The Opportunity

In this newly created position, the GM of Process Excellence will play a pivotal role in optimising our business processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring seamless operations. You will lead a small team of process experts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and champion process improvement initiatives, embedding process excellence knowledge and capability across the business.

You will make an impact by:

- Develop and implement a strategic vision for process excellence, aligning with organisational goals.
- Identify process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a process excellence enablement framework.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Develop capabilities to measure process effectiveness.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members to become process champions.

About You
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related field
- Proven experience driving process improvement in mid-size organisations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) not essential but highly regarded
