- Develop new and existing Member Services Officers
- Ensure compliance and security practices are adhered to
- Being an active member of the Executive team, advising the Board & CEO of policy/procedure alterations as required
- Handling complaints and disputes
- Overseeing the efficient operation of the front-line Member Service team
- Undertaking data analysis and research
- Identifying and recommending business opportunities

An experienced Manager or Supervisor within the financial sector, you will possess the following:

- Experience in the banking industry
- Advanced computer skills
- ASIC Tier 2 training
- Ability to coach and train staff members to achieve their KPI’s
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills within a similar role
- Active interest in the financial sector and related trends
