**The role**:
Will see you taking control of all of the daily duties of this Director so their time can be used to list and sell Your job will be to ensure that this Directors' work life runs as seamlessly as possible
- Full diary management in Outlook
- Vendor & Purchaser updates
- Proposal & Marketing collateral organisation
- Qualifying buyers, responding to enquiries
- Attending OFIs, private appts, pest and building
- Stylist and photography booking and attending appointments.

Will come from a similar role in Real Estate Sales, supporting a high GCI Agent who can work at a fast pace.

Essentials include:

- End-to-end knowledge of the residential Real Estate Sales Process
- Exemplary client services skills with great excellent written & verbal skills
- An excellent level of personal presentation
- High level administration & organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously but able to work as part of a great team
- Have high energy levels and be able to handle conflicting priorities.
- Have your C of R or License as well as a car and license.
