**The exciting opportunity**:

- Predominantly based in Mandurah, with travel to offices in Perth Metro & South-West WA
- Report into the region’s CEO and work in partnership with an experienced, knowledgeable and personable Business Operations Manager
- Responsible for the management, further development, delivery and ongoing evaluation of the company’s home care services, which currently has 600+ clients on Home Care Packages
- Manage, inspire, guide, support and mentor an engaged team of three Managers and five Coordinators to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional care and customer service
- Lead quality management and ensure the service operates in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation
- Drive change and implement best practices to maximise efficiencies, and streamline and simplify processes
- Contribute to strategic direction; conduct reviews to identify service gaps and develop plans and services that are sustainable, innovative and in line with best practice
- Positively promote the organisation and their services to stakeholders and the community to develop new partnerships, increase client numbers and maintain their reputation as a provider of choice
- Be involved in the preparation and delivery of budgets for home care services to ensure financial success

**About you**:

- An AHPRA Registered Nurse who is dynamic, personable and driven
- Proven track record successfully managing the delivery of home care services and achieving compliance with governing legislation and HCP funding
- A visible and nurturing manager who inspires, engages and motivates their team to deliver on company goals
- Excellent networking, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with established mutually beneficial relationships with key personnel within the sector
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability identifying and capitalising on opportunities for service growth
