**About the role**:
We’re on the hunt for a Team Assistant to join our sales team based in Sydney. This role plays a pivotal part in the team by providing EA support to senior sales leaders and assistance to our Sydney sales team through client event coordination, expense management, travel management and project support.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide inbox and diary management to the dedicated Sales Executives.
- Liaise with members of the senior leadership team and third parties as required to schedule meetings and events as required.
- Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements for your Executives/s and team members.
- Managing internal memo communications.
- Processing invoices, expense claims and reconcile Managers visa cards on a monthly basis.
- Review and proofread reports, spreadsheets, documents and presentations on behalf of the Sales Leadership team.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
