The Mai-Wel Group's Labour Force Solutions division assists individuals with a disability along with youth to secure meaningful employment outcomes.

We are currently recruiting for a
**Service Lead - Employment Services**.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate the effective delivery of Employment services, Transition To Work and Disability Employment Services across a specified region. Additionally the role oversees participant engagement and on-boarding and provides operational support and supervision to Youth Support Mentors and Disability Employment Case Managers

Key Job Requirements:

- Demonstrate knowledge of the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations
- Technology savvy
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Suite, Excel, Word & Outlook
- Relevant Tertiary qualification, and/or 2 years’ experience in the disability services sector
- Experience in Vocational, Education and Training systems
- Experience in research and utilisation of these skills to achieve best practice
- Provide effective leadership to align performance with service operational expectations in consultation with line manager and HR as appropriate
- Cert IV Training & Assessment would be desirable
- Strong report writing experience
- The ability to develop and maintain strong, effective and consultative relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- The ability to resolve conflict and create an inclusive environment
- Experience supporting mental health would be desirable
