What you’ll be doing

Exciting opportunity for a driven and collaborative People & Culture professional to join a healthcare business in North Melbourne. As a member of the People and Culture Operations Team, the People and Culture Operations Advisor will work alongside and be supported by an experienced People and Culture Business Partnering team within a dynamic and flexible environment.

In this newly created role, the People and Culture Operations Advisor will work collaboratively with an allocated business portfolio and dedicated People and Culture Business Partner. They will provide advice on people matters, Enterprise Agreements, classifications (including pay queries), leave entitlements and support with employee conduct and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and value add in decision making
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing capabilities.
- Experience and confidence producing a range of reports and accurate statistics, from multiple platforms.
- Confidence and an ability to successfully interact and provide advice and support to all levels of management and external stakeholders.
- Experience in being able to manage and deliver multiple competing priorities.
- Commitment to live the Melbourne Way - putting people first, leading with kindness and achieving excellence together.
