Reporting to our Head of People and Culture, you will work together as a team with a focus on employee experience.

We are seeking a motivated HR advisor to evolve the People and Culture function for our next phase of growth.

Reporting to our Head of People and Culture, you will work together as a team with a focus on employee experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with all activities across the employment lifecycle such as talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, probation reviews, performance, remuneration reviews and offboarding.
  • Provide employee relations advice to employees and stakeholders across the business.
  • Assist with policy development, employment documentation and maintaining HR systems/data.
  • Partner with the business to maintain a safe workplace, adhering to current WHS legislation.
  • Assist with projects to support employee development in head office and through the retail store network.
  • Enhance our strong culture and values through employee communications and events.

ABOUT YOU:

You are an experienced HR coordinator seeking to take the next step in their career or an advisor seeking a sideways move in a new organisation

You have:
- a HR or related qualification

  • 3+ years of coordinator and/or HR advisory experience
  • Retail environment experience (highly desirable).
  • You have a cando positive approach, and thrive in fastpaced, dynamic environments

In addition, you have:
- excellent organisational & time management skills.
- ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously & prioritise your work.
- a strong desire to learn and grow by contributing to P&C projects.
