We welcome an experienced and innovative **ICT Support Specialist **to join our ICT Team based in our Head Office on St Kilda Road overlooking Albert Park.

**About the role**
The **ICT Support Specialist** manages desktop support and administration functions across all business units and ICT Infrastructure.

The role also supports the preventative and proactive maintenance of all business systems and continuous streamlining of our support functions.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide desktop support and solutions
- Investigate issues and manage diagnostic information and outcomes
- Proactively support the TLC ICT environment to minimise breaches
- Monitor and maintain all systems and network environment
- Support to reconfigure environments to gain optimum ICT efficiency
- Review, recommend and action improvement in ways of operating in all environments
- Support the Asset Management program
