**About the role**

As a Digital Conversion Specialist you will be responsible for driving digital sales and optimising conversion rates through the development and implementation of effective end-to-end CRO strategies. Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Conversion Specialist will play a critical role in the growth and success of Tyro Payments.

**What you'll do**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and conversion data across all channels to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve overall performance.
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to prioritize and execute tests based on business objectives and impact.
- Analyse test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform future optimization efforts.
- Work closely with the Design team to ensure design and functionality align with CRO best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRO and digital marketing to ensure Tyro Payments remains at the forefront of innovation.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Mixpanel
- Experience with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and set up initial infrastructure to get things moving
