**Responsibilities**:
Lead NOC verticals and act as a SPOC for all operational and tactical issues

Ownership of NOC SLA/KPIs and provide direction to enhance the performance.

Manage onshore and offshore operation in an integrated way to deliver a seamless customer

experience.

Ensure all the functional requirements under NOC are aligned to customer overall business and

operational expectations.

Represent NOC in cross functional meetings and performance improvement plans.

**Experience**:
15-18 Years of experience in Assurance domain in Telecom space

Skillset Requirements:
Good Knowledge of a range of Leading OEM products across technologies

Ability to manage complex and large NOC operations.

Excellent People management skill

Must have good communication skills (written & verbal)

Customer focused.

Ability to understand the network operation dynamics and negotiate with customer to

implement Changes.

Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders

As a person with responsibilities for the management of employees you are expected to provide

leadership and support to workers in understanding and meeting work health and safety policies and

procedures.
