Position: Property Manager

Location: Blacktown

**Responsibilities**:
Property Oversight:

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Conduct property inspections and maintenance assessments
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations
- Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests promptly

Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals
- Handle rent collection and financial reporting
- Coordinate vendor relationships and oversee property repairs

Tenant Relations:

- Build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns professionally
- Conduct tenant screenings and lease signings

Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about local real estate market trends
- Assist in setting competitive rental rates
- Recommend property improvements to attract and retain tenants

Qualifications:
Previous property management experience preferred Knowledge of local property regulations and laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management software Property Tree Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyValid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: $52,832.08 - $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Blacktown, NSW (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Blacktown, NSW: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
