**About the opportunity**

We are currently seeking a passionate and customer focused person on a permanent, full-time basis to join our Property team to provide administrative functions on a dedicated property portfolio.

The role is primarily responsible to provide assistance with our reserved and leased car parking spaces, use of footpaths for display of goods and outdoor dining, operation of our cemeteries and provide administrative support to other property related matters.

**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or in a related field
- Suitable experience in property asset management administration or similar
- Awareness of applicable legislation/regulations
(TechnologyOne, HPE CM9)
- Commitment to customer service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Availability to work flexible working hours
- Current Class “C” driver’s licence.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of how the following legislation may relate to your role:

_Local Government Act 1993_
- _Dividing Fencing Act 1991_
- _Roads Act 1993_
- _Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013._

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,342.43 per week
- 35-hour working week
- Opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement
- Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 10.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
