**The Role**
Within the Simulation & Modelling Network (SIMOD) ICT Service Delivery team, an EL 1 ICT Manager is accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve ICT service provision work within an integrated workforce, managing a standalone network for the Land Engineering Agency.

As an EL 1 ICT Manager you will be accountable for the development and implementation of work plans, set performance indicators, and review individual, team and business performance, with a focus on identifying opportunities for building team capability and continuous improvement, leading a small team of Australian Public Service (APS) and contracted specialist technical staff. You will have a focus on finance and procurement of ICT assets, comply with Defence IT Security Policy and set work that aligns with strategic objectives and communicate expected outcomes.

**About our Team**
The Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) is an integral part of the Department of Defence. This group procures and maintains military equipment and supplies in the quantities and to the service levels that are required by Defence and approved by Government.
