Business Support Officer- Integrated Business

In this position you will proactively research and co-ordinate information and reporting data, in relation to the financial management of the various services supported by the IBM team including Fleet Services, Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme, Staff Travel, SCUH Car Park, Concessional Parking, Front Reception, Personnel Register and SCUH ID Cards.
**Key Responsibilities include**:
- Access systems, analyse and present data in relation to the financial management of various departments, advise and provide recommendations measuring key performance including financial and patient impacts, quality assurance and service enhancement issues relating to the IBM Team.
- Contribute to the development, refinement, implementation and evaluation of the teams Operational Improvement Plan and Strategic Goals.
- Establish and maintain strong links and act as a primary communicator with internal and external services including Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Exemplar Health, Salary Sacrifice providers, Management teams, Contracts and Service Groups to ensure financial and operational management of resources is monitored, effectively and efficiently.
