Key Responisibilities Include
- Deliver training specific to quality management and provide advice and support staff to understand and effectively use the Quality Improvement System (QIS) and RiskMan clinical incident management system.
- Assist with the co-ordination of external quality assessments and responses.
- Undertake root cause investigations to identify Quality Management System gaps and process improvements.
- Assist with the implementation and continual improvement of the internal audit program, including undertaking compliance audits, and ensure that identified improvements provide value to CPHS and its clients.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System performance measurement framework including data extraction and analysis, for submission to relevant CPHS Management and Governance Teams
- Work autonomously and exercise judgement to establish work prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Build and manage working relationships with CPHS, Queensland Health and other key stakeholder groups.
- Promote open and respectful communication between all staff, stakeholders and clients.

Key competencies
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, design and document efficient integrated end-to-end business processes.
- High level knowledge of and experience in providing management advice with respect to, standards (ISO 9001, AS/ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17025, NPAAC, DAFF and AQIS), QIS and the Quality Management Framework.
- Demonstrated audit experience including ability to co-ordinate, perform, report and respond to complex regulatory compliance audits across all FSS disciplines.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including report preparation, the ability to negotiate, influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability and proven success in contributing to building and sustaining continual process improvement culture within a large and diverse team.

Qualifications, registrations and other requirements
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in quality systems, risk management or HR management would be well regarded.
- Travel between PQ locations to support organisational activities such as audits may be required.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
