We are currently partnering with a leading energy organsiation to work through the improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, and finance. The role reports to the Head of Transformation with a vision to provide enterprise-wide Process Improvement initiatives.

**Role requirements**
- Document or analyse the current process, identify pain points, and present recommendations to improve customer outcomes, drive operational efficiency and build process capacity.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, Leadership team, and Functional teams to develop business processes; to quantify and prioritise opportunities.
- Develop artifacts to influence, communicate and present opportunities to stakeholders.
- Document business process, RACI tables, and frameworks to ease socialisation and longevity of new processes.
- Develop and implement metrics and controls to monitor and respond to process variations, errors, and failures.

**Key skills needed for the role**:

- Business Process Improvement management experience.
- Knowledge of BPMN - Business Process Modelling Notation; experience in using ARIS software or equivalent software would be an advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would be an advantage.
- Must be a self-directed learner with a pragmatic approach to developing customer-centric solutions
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to frame a problem and influence an outcome
