At Entain Australia & New Zealand the customer is central to what we do, our customers have a direct and intimate relationship with the output of our Live Channels. The Scheduling Associate is responsible for gathering Live Racing information and assisting Live Channel Schedulers in the creation of Live Channel rundowns. The creation of accurate rundowns allows for fewer on-air errors more opportunities for Entain customers to engage with our live racing content.

The Scheduling Associate would also collate and generate reports of channel performance (technical and audience) to ensure that any technical Issues are flagged and dealt with and that the Head of Group, Programming and Performance Is able to make timely and accurate strategic decisions in the best interests of Entain customers. **_This is a casual postion (up to 3 days per week) with weekend work required. _**

**Your day-to-day...**
- Using _Entain Scheduling Software (ESS),_ produce daily running orders for two separate live-in-app streaming channels that allow for a maximum volume of races to be broadcast without interruption.
- Supply metadata that allows the playout team to make Informed decisions, In line with Entain's prioritisation guidelines.
- Collect and collate feedback from playout teams with regard to streaming technical Issues eg: vision dropouts, audio Issues, race clashes and non-delivery of feeds.
- Liaise with playout teams on any last-minute time changes to ensure the customer Is always presented with the best content.
- Using the Self-Service Dashboard created by _Entain Marketing Insights_, produce regular reports to the _Head of Group, Programming and Performance_ detailing customer engagement with Live Channels.
- Working with _Live Channel Schedulers_, consistently plan ahead, to support Live Channel Scheduler's ability to communicate with Entain Brand Marketing Teams.

- Strong planning and organisation skills.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.
- An interest/background in wagering or racing is helpful but not essential.
