**Location**:Sydney, NSW

**Responsibilities**:

- l Prepare, monitor and implement working plans to achieve the working requirements of Chairman & CEO
- l Assist the Chairman & CEO to define and manage the scope of Australia work, including schedule, cost and quality outcomes for the project.
- l Assist with developing and implement the project approach, corporate outcomes as per project directive, including marketing research, identification and business development of opportunities in order to maximize outcomes.
- l Assess and manage project risk, and manage contract variations and scope change.
- l Assist with the preparation of data and record for all meetings, business development approach etc.
- l Develop and maintain good working relationships with selected vendors, brokers and stakeholders etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above qualifications in marketing, administration and business management/administration
- 0-1 year working experience in the field of Associate role, including but not limited to Admin Associate, Marketing Associate etc. (Fresh graduates are considered)
- A demonstrable aptitude for internal and external customer liaison, and demonstrated understanding of planning, scheduling.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, plus good organizational skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work to tight deadlines
