As a **significant player** in this **highly regarded **practice, you will work autonomously across a **broad range of matters** while being supported by an experienced team to assist clients manage the full gamut of employment, OH&S, discrimination and industrial issues which can arise in the context of any workplace. eg:
- Discrimination and equal opportunity
- Dispute resolution/litigation arising from unfair dismissals, bullying, contract breach etc.
- Employment contracts/advice
- OH&S Advice
- Enterprise bargaining/agreements
- Restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing
- Termination and dismissals
- Workplace policies, procedures and training
Your drafting and advice experience will be commensurate with that of a lawyer who has spent **at least 6 years** working in private practice.
**Ideally you will have:
- **
- proven expertise working on broad range of employment and workplace relations matters including litigation and strong working knowledge of FairWork Act
- experience delegating to/mentoring of less experienced lawyers;
- highly developed communication & negotiation skills;
- ability to effectively manage competing priorities
